We are looking for a social media standout with a talent for fun, client-based event planning. Our “ Director of Fun Times ” is highly organized, a strong communicator, has an outrageous attention to detail, and bleeds social media marketing. We are growing and need someone who can hit the ground running!
This is a full-time position working in the Brokerage’s office each day. This Director will oversee Social Media campaigns, which include but are not limited to campaign & content creation, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Also planning and executing Client Appreciation Events and other various public relations needs. In addition, this position is also in charge of the administrative responsibilities and managing all the Brokerage’s listings, and is an Executive Assistant for the Owner/Broker.
Compensation:$50,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Work with current and create new social media strategies that collaborate with marketing
- Create videos
- PR and advertising campaigns
- Monitor sites for customer service opportunities
- Analyze and report social media actions monthly for successes and new opportunities
- Continue to refine and define our social marketing process
- Organize and input all information for the Brokerage’s listings
- Experience managing Social Media campaigns
- Experience with planning and executing client-based events
- Knowledge and experience with common monitoring and reporting tools for Social Media and PR
- Ability and desire to learn new skills
