After onboarding, compensation transitions to a productivity‑based model that rewards clinicians for their work and growth. Providers earn compensation for each completed session, with higher earnings available as caseload volume increases. Full‑time clinicians maintaining approximately 30 client hours per week have strong earning potential while benefiting from the stability and support of a W‑2 position.
