The Big Task As an HVAC Sales Manager , you’ll lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to drive revenue growth while ensuring every customer receives a professional, solution‑focused, and exceptional experience. This is not a maintenance leadership role. This is a growth and impact role. We are looking for someone who wants to build, develop people, challenge processes, and materially influence business results. Compensation is intentionally structured so that the bigger impact you make, the more financially successful you become. Key Sub Tasks Recruit, train, coach, and develop HVAC comfort advisors and sales representatives to achieve individual and team performance goals Set clear sales targets, monitor KPIs, and hold the team accountable to results Ride along with sales team members to provide in‑field coaching, feedback, and ongoing development Oversee the sales process from lead generation to close, ensuring consistent execution and a high standard of customer experience Collaborate with marketing, operations, and dispatch teams to align lead flow, installation capacity, and revenue goals Analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and strategic planning Ensure all proposals, financing options, and system recommendations are accurate, ethical, and aligned with company standards Desired Skills and Experience If you are a driven leader with a proven track record in HVAC or in‑home sales, you’ll thrive as an HVAC Sales Manager.
