A drafting paralegal is needed for a boutique law firm practicing tax and estate planning in Dallas. Frequent client contact is involved. The ideal paralegal can draft legal documents, and has the ability to learn to research technical tax, estate, and trust issues, as well as a friendly demeanor and willingness to interact with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents
- File legal documents
- Assist with research for legal opinions
- Record and store client information
- Communicate with clients
Qualifications:
- College degree (required)
- 2 years of prior paralegal experience (required)
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Ability to draft legal documents
- Desire to refine writing skills
- Desire to develop strong research skills
