This role involves strategizing and coordinating initiatives to attract and enroll graduate students in OHIO Online programs, providing personalized guidance throughout the admission process, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective application processing. Highlights Represents Ohio University and OHIO Online to prospective online graduate students, supporting graduate enrollment functions. Coordinates recruitment, evaluates candidates, and advises applicants on educational planning. Manages complex issues independently and may lead projects or initiatives. Provides mentorship to team members, with limited direct supervisory responsibilities. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related professional experience; a Master's degree is preferred. Utilizes high levels of personalized communication and collaboration skills with internal departments and external organizations. Salary range is $43,888 to $62,459, with a target range of $43,888 to $51,377 based on experience and education.
