What You’ll Do Project Management: Oversee project activities from client identification to invoicing, ensuring timely delivery. Technical Expertise: Design, implement, and test solutions with deep product knowledge and system architecture skills. Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships, identify needs, and deliver tailored strategic solutions. Billable Projects & Sales Support: Manage billable projects, lead technical delivery, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain accurate timekeeping, engage in sales activities, prepare proposals, and develop strategic plans to generate business. Knowledge Management: Contribute to knowledge repositories, mentor others, and provide inputs to strategic service development. This position supports enterprise, public-sector, venue, and carrier customers requiring next-generation wireless connectivity solutions, including private networks, neutral host deployments, in-building wireless systems, and large-scale RAN modernization initiatives. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 8+ years of related sales experience. What You’ll Bring A highly experienced Senior Wireless & Network Engineer to lead the design Implementation, optimization, and lifecycle management of advanced wireless and enterprise network solutions. Combines expertise in LTE, 5G NR, Private 5G, DAS, Open RAN, network architecture RF engineering, automation, and enterprise networking with strong customer-facing consulting and project leadership skills A seasoned and strategic thought leader with extensive lifecycle experience in large scale, global, enterprise network technologies, vendors, platforms and solutions. Heavy focus on the pre-sales and delivery of Wireless Network Architecture & Design, Private Wireless & CBRS Engineering, DAS & In-Building Wireless Engineering, RAN Performance & Optimization, Network & Systems Integration, Automation & Data Analytics, and Project Leadership across Wireless & Network Consulting portfolio. Possesses engineer-level experience to provide strategic billable support and engagement at the CxO level. This resource will have extensive experience delivering consulting solutions as well as executive management experience within enterprise environments. Supervisor No Our Lead Consultant Prof Services ATC, earns between $134600 - $201800 + commissions with a total target compensation of $164600 - $231800.
