Post Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to become part of the rehabilitation team at Langdon Place of Dover. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work directly with residents as they develop the skills needed for greater independence with everyday activities.
What You'll Do

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Support residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks
• Implement treatment programs established by the supervising OT
• Observe resident progress and communicate relevant updates to the therapy team
• Reinforce adaptive techniques, therapeutic activities, and safety strategies
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire COTA license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team-based care environment
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate COTAs are encouraged to apply
