Registered Nurse - Plainfield Cancer Center - Days

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Registered Nurse, Oncology Location: Endeavor Health Cancer Center - Plainfield, IL Full Time | 40 hours/week Hours: Monday - Friday: 8am - 4:30pm, no weekends or holidays. What you will do: Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience What you will need: Licensure: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure, required. Education: Associate's in Nursing, required. Bachelor's in Nursing, strongly preferred. Certification: Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association, required. OCN/ONS provider card preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Oncology Outpatient Infusion Center experience required; If no oncology experience, ED, ICU, PACU experience highly preferred.
