Location: Columbus, OH

Shift: 12-hour shifts, 07:00 - 19:30 (D/N rotating)

Hours/Week: Full-time

Employment Type: Temporary; W-2

License/Certs: Active Ohio RN license, BLS required

Experience: Minimum 2 years Med Surg/Tele Nursing, oncology experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care for adult and geriatric patients with various cancer diagnoses, such as endometrial, bladder, renal, ovarian, and cervical cancers
• Administer chemotherapy, monitor for adverse reactions, and participate in clinical trials
• Perform specialized procedures like brachytherapy and CBI
• Use infection prevention protocols to ensure patient safety
• Interpret telemetry readings and respond to dysrhythmias
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Manage feeding tubes, IV therapy, blood products, and central lines
• Document assessments and interventions accurately using EPIC electronic health record system

What You Need

Required:

• Ohio RN license verification
• Minimum 2 years Med Surg/Tele experience
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency in telemetry and chemotherapy procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Preferred:

• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy certification
