Read on to learn more about an exciting opportunity to join our team.**Impact You’ll Make* Play a pivotal role in building Stout’s talent pipeline by identifying and engaging exceptional candidates aligned with our firm’s values and growth goals.* Support the recruiting team by managing candidate scheduling, tracking, and coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.* Contribute to the success of hiring initiatives by delivering qualified, well-vetted candidates across multiple business lines.* Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.* Enhance the team’s overall recruiting effectiveness by maintaining accurate data, clear communication, and consistent follow-up.* Support a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Stout’s commitment to Relentless Excellence.What You’ll Do* Begin by supporting interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and applicant tracking activities across multiple business lines.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and CRM tools.* Develop and maintain organized talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.* Track and report on sourcing activity, pipeline status, and key recruiting metrics.* Stay informed about market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging sourcing tools or strategies.What You Bring* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.* 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related talent acquisition role (corporate or agency experience welcomed).* Strong organizational skills with proven experience in managing scheduling and candidate tracking processes.* Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (Workday experience a plus).* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates professionally and authentically.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with keen attention to detail.* Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.How You’ll Thrive* Start with a focus on supporting recruiting operations while developing sourcing and pipeline management skills.* Approach challenges with curiosity, creativity, and a solutions-oriented mindset.* Collaborate effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and colleagues across the firm to achieve shared goals.* Maintain flexibility and adaptability as hiring needs evolve.* Exhibit strong initiative and accountability while working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.* Embody Stout’s core PACERS values: Positive and Team-Oriented, Accountable, Committed, Relationship-Focused, Super-Responsive, and Great Communicators.* Demonstrate a commitment to delivering Relentless Excellence in all aspects of your work.**Why Stout?** At Stout, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards program with competitive compensation, benefits, and wellness options tailored to support employees at every stage of life.
