Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Pharmacist for a 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity in Fairfield, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking to grow within a fast-paced pharmacy environment with long-term potential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy technicians and data entry clerks to ensure accurate data entry and smooth workflow
• Maintain security of the pharmacy area and ensure adherence to delivery schedules
• Supervise ordering and prepacking completed by pharmacy technicians
• Review all new medication orders for appropriate dosing, drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications prior to dispensing
• Assist with the proper ordering, handling, receiving, documentation, and storage of controlled substances
• Help maintain perpetual inventory for Schedule II medications

Requirements:

• Clear and active Ohio Pharmacist license
• Recent pharmacist experience required
• Background in high-volume retail pharmacy or compounding pharmacy is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
