Intake & Outreach Case Manager - Disability Services

Gesher Human Services

Gesher Human Services in Detroit, MI is seeking an Intake Case Manager for the Community Inclusion program. You will recruit individuals with disabilities for Skill Building and Supported Employment services, manage referrals, tours, and intake meetings. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field, at least two years of relevant experience, strong communication and time-management skills, and the ability to meet growth targets while maintaining compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gesher Human Services
