Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in an acute care setting. This role requires experience in acute care; candidates with solely long-term acute care (LTAC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience will not be considered.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver effective patient care.Monitor and document patient progress using the Cerner charting system.Float to other medical-surgical and telemetry units as needed, including a nearby facility.RequirementsCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.Must possess a valid nursing license.Experience in an acute care setting is mandatory.Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is preferred but not required.Work ScheduleThis position involves working three 12-hour shifts per week, including coverage on weekends. Additionally, flexibility to float between other units is required.Cancellation PolicyPlease note that the hospital reserves the right to cancel up to four shifts during a 13-week assignment, and three shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks.
