Outpatient
Flexible schedule:
- Four 10 hour days (8 hours seeing patients / 2 hours for charts)
- or
- Five 8 hour days

- Year 1 Base salary of 300k
- Plus production up to 40k
- Years 2 & beyond annual quality incentives up to 32k
