Senior Software Developer
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer who can lead an agile delivery team, serve as Scrum Master, and provide hands-on technical direction to drive high-quality outcomes. This role requires a strong mix of technical leadership, solutioning, and delivery execution, including the ability to design and build POCs and present recommendations to a Technical Review Board. Key responsibilities include: leading and mentoring developers; setting coding standards and ensuring delivery quality. Acting as Scrum Master: facilitating ceremonies, removing blockers, and maintaining team velocity. Driving technical direction and aligning implementation to architecture and best practices. Designing and developing POCs to validate approaches and de-risk delivery. Preparing and presenting solution options, tradeoffs, and recommendations to governance bodies (e.g., Technical Review Board). Collaborating with product, architecture, QA, and operations to deliver end-to-end solutions. Required experience/skills include: strong hands-on development experience with.NET, experience with IBM FileNet, strong database experience with Oracle, experience building and operating solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including RDS, and strong communication skills (technical storytelling, executive-ready presentations). Nice to have: prior tech lead experience in regulated or enterprise environments, CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud operations experience.
