Requirements
- Active IL RN Licensure
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- PALS Certification
- NIHSS Certification
- TNCC or TNS Certification
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Roles & Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in patient care.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing protocols and state laws.
- Document patient care according to established standards.
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in conjunction with physicians.
- Participate in department performance improvement initiatives and shared governance.
- Promote patient safety and experience, escalating issues as necessary.
