Join a dynamic private equity firm during a pivotal growth phase as an Associate/Senior Associate. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals, gaining hands‑on experience in evaluating investment opportunities and executing transactions. You will be part of a collaborative and innovative culture that values analytical rigor and entrepreneurial spirit, providing you with the chance to develop your career in special situations and operationally focused investments. Responsibilities Conduct in-depth investment analysis and due diligence, building and maintaining financial models, including LBO and valuation models. Analyze historical financial statements and key business drivers to identify investment opportunities. Support all stages of transaction execution, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth deal processes. Track portfolio company performance, preparing board presentations and internal reporting packages to monitor KPIs and support value‑creation initiatives. Contribute to firm development by assisting in sourcing efforts, maintaining transaction databases, and supporting investment thesis development. Engage in market research and competitive analysis to enhance the firm’s investment strategies. Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for investment committee discussions. Qualifications Must-Have 2–5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, restructuring, transaction advisory, or management consulting. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with a proven track record in complex transactions. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Nice-to-Have Prior experience in private equity or restructuring advisory, particularly in special situations investing. Exposure to sectors such as industrials, aerospace & defense, manufacturing, or business services.
