PROJECT MANAGER

Our Project Manager coordinates Development & Industrialization projects to ensure the achievement of project time, quality, and cost objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the projects assigned by the Technical Program Manager. Oversee all aspects of the project, using planning, monitoring, and controlling processes.
• Is responsible for coordinating and completing the project and, to this end, performs a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing the progress of the project. May be responsible for more than one project at a time.
• The role runs the project on a day-to-day basis and has sufficient latitude to exercise a wide degree of creativity in performing this role.
• Could be identified as the main technical contact for specific customers, supporting the Division in understanding the client needs, which can be essential for a good relationship and for the development of potential new businesses. To this end, the role follows the activities also with suppliers, such as factory visit/audit and technical meetings/conferences.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is a prerequisite
• University degree, preferably in Engineering.
• 5 +years of experience in a project management department of well-structured companies.
• 3 +years of experience in management positions, with overseas experience preferred.
