This position provides the opportunity to gain hands on experience in project execution while helping coordinate the many moving parts that drive a project forward safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support day to day project management activities including schedule coordination, subcontractor management, procurement, contract administration, cost tracking, forecasting, project documentation, and client communication. You will help facilitate collaboration between office and field teams, participate in planning and problem solving efforts, and contribute to maintaining alignment between project objectives, budget, schedule, and customer expectations. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Two to five years of related experience.Solid understanding of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to subject area.A valid driver's license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check.
