Barback/Busser - Polaris

Description:

This is the ideal dual role for someone who is looking for variety in their daily food & beverage duties.

A Barback is responsible for ensuring the bars are fully stocked and supporting bartenders by duties such as refilling garnishes, polishing glasses, stacking napkins, bringing glassware from the dishwasher, etc.

When working the Food Server Assistant role, you will primarily be responsible for assisting the food Server in serving the guest and clear tables. The candidate will also help to clean up spills and retrieve supplies.

The candidate will be responsible for working both roles as needed.

This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.

This position is the ideal role for some who wants to advance in their career and become a bartender or server in the future

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills

• Ability to push, pull and lift moderate weight - 20 lbs. minimum

• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, flexible hours
