Responsibilities Project a positive representation of Miller's Ace Hardware. Greet customers entering and throughout the store. Project a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates. Answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously, and effectively. Continually build product knowledge base and assist customers with store layout and product location. Assist in pricing, stocking, marking, and organizing of store product. Stihl sales experience preferred but not required. Experience in the sales and operation of consumer power equipment. Assembly, demonstration and explanation of features and benefits of products and equipment stocked for sale. Aid with the daily maintenance, orderliness, and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and service areas. Other duties may be assigned. A commitment to service, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
