Role Purpose Provide essential administrative support for the Global Quality Department and Corporate Quality Leadership Team. Major Responsibilities & Activities Provide Executive Assistance / Support to the Corporate Quality Leadership Team and site Quality teams. Complete monthly quality reports, i.e. BIC/MQR, Sr. Ops, Quarterly BOD, which will require internal, & customer data management as well as interface with all identified customer champions. Not only gathering data for these reports but also validating the data is logical and accurate. Maintain / Update IATF and OPEX Sharepoint, perform backup role for customer portals, coordinate on-site training courses and track global quality teammate training completion. Create and submit invoices to accounts payable.
