About the Role:

The On Call Residential Advisor plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, supportive, and well-managed residential environment for residents. This position involves being available outside of regular hours to respond promptly to emergencies, resident concerns, and facility issues, ensuring continuous support and security. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays on an on-call basis.

• Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures and conflict resolution techniques.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to after-hours emergencies and urgent resident needs within the residential community.
• Conduct regular rounds of residential facilities to monitor safety, security, and compliance with community standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents to address concerns, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on residential policies.
• Document incidents, maintenance issues, and resident interactions accurately and report them to appropriate management personnel.
• Collaborate with campus or facility staff to coordinate resources and support services for residents as needed.
