Staff Accountant - Accounting degree required!

Staff Accountant - Up to $70k + bonus
Schedule: Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days remote)
Our client, a global organization, is hiring two Staff Accountants to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional looking to gain broad exposure to financial reporting, cash forecasting, and general ledger accounting in a collaborative environment. ***Accounting degree and journal entry experience required!
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
- Review financial statements and ensure accuracy of posted activity
- Assist with cash analysis and forecasting
- Prepare trial balance schedules and monthly reports
- Support tax filings and various ad hoc accounting projects
- Monitor project costs and prepare related accruals and reporting
- Analyze monthly operating results and provide support to business leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills required
