The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to providing excellent service behind the scenes.Key ResponsibilitiesRestock bar supplies including liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, and garnishesEnsure bartenders have everything needed to serve customers efficientlyMaintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, floors, and storage spacesCollect and wash glassware, utensils, and bar equipmentRefill ice bins and change kegs as neededAssist with opening and closing dutiesRemove trash and recycling promptlyMonitor inventory levels and notify management of shortagesSupport bartenders during busy shifts to maintain service speed and qualityQualificationsPrevious barback or hospitality experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentStrong work ethic and willingness to take initiativeGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to lift heavy items (e.g., kegs, cases of beverages)Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsFrequent lifting, bending, and reachingCapability to lift up to 50 lbs or moreBy Landmark is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
