The most comprehensive health care network in northeastern Minnesota, Fairview Range includes Fairview Range Medical Center, Fairview Mesaba Clinics (with locations in Hibbing, Nashwauk, and Mountain Iron), Fairview Range Home Care and Hospice, and Fairview Transportation Services.As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for:Deliver safe and systemic care for a specified patient population under MD supervision.Exercise independent judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and initiation of medical processes within NP or PA scope of practice.Demonstrate specialized knowledge in emergency care, pharmacology, and education.Communicate efficiently and collaborate with diverse clinical teams.Cultivate a coordinated approach to achieve efficient patient outcomes.Show respect and understanding for fellow team members.Apply standards, guidelines, and protocols for care delivery.Continuously incorporate data and information to improve care and enhance outcomes.Commit to maintaining high practice standards for outstanding results.Required Qualifications:Progressive clinical experience.Master's degree in advanced practice nursing or Physician Assistant studies.Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Master's or Doctorate Degree as an Advanced Practice or Graduate of an accredited school of Physician Assistant studies with a Master's or Doctorate Degree.Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license from MN Board of Nursing.
