Requirements Must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner school with board certification or eligibility. License requirements: Current State License. Must be CPR certified. Cardiology inpatient or outpatient experience required. Must be computer literate or be willing to learn within 6 months, be able to follow written and oral instructions, read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner. Must be able to work independently and possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action, be flexible, have personal integrity, and function effectively as a team with other employees. Must possess the ability to effectively communicate and deal tactfully with other personnel, visitors, patients, physicians, customers, and the general public. Salary USD $51.03/Hr. – USD $91.85/Hr. Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
