Support end-to-end recruiting activities as a Mandarin speaking Junior Recruiter based in Cranbury, NJ 08512 (onsite). Responsibilities Publish and update job postings on recruiting platforms Review resumes and flag candidates who meet position requirements Perform initial phone screenings in Mandarin Chinese and English Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate candidate details and recruiting documentation/records Assist with onboarding paperwork and support new-hire coordination Help source talent for roles including warehouse , logistics , driver , administrative , and office positions Requirements Mandarin Chinese and English fluency (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organizational ability with attention to detail Comfort communicating with candidates via phone, email, text, and WeChat Prior experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, customer service, sales, or administration is an asset Previous background in admin or logistics: 1 year (preferred) Ability to commute to Cranbury, NJ 08512 (preferred) Tools / Technologies WeChat Pay From $19.00 per hour Work location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Provalue Group Inc
