Our organization is excited to announce an opening for a Family Medicine Physician at our Primary Care Center located in Saratoga Springs, NY . Situated at 4 Congress Place in Saratoga Springs, our Primary Care Center is looking for a dedicated physician to enhance our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will prioritize patient care, demonstrate outstanding clinical and communication abilities, and show a strong dedication to delivering high-quality healthcare to the communities we serve. Candidates must be Board Certified and hold a valid license to practice in New York.

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Engage in continuous professional development and education.

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Current New York State licensure.
• DEA registration is required.
• A strong interest in providing primary care across all age groups.

• Competitive base salary with potential earnings through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.
• Salary range: $250,000 - $260,000 (starting range; does not include additional bonuses and incentives).
• Starting bonus of $75,000 .
• Retention bonus of $25,000 .
• Resident compensation available, up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on.
