Assembler

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our team in a manufacturing setting. This role involves performing manual assembly tasks to meet strict customer requirements. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required, making this a potential entry-level opportunity. Responsibilities Perform manual assembly tasks, including inserting, working with adhesives, and part marking, of various thermoplastic and thermoset parts. Operate semi-automated tools such as engraver units, pneumatic crimping tools, potting compound preparation and assembly, and hydraulic presses. Set up new jobs with minimal supervision, aiming for minimal scrap or fallout. Assist in identifying quality issues within the cell. Contribute to team effort by performing other supporting tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor or Cell Lead. Complete all paperwork correctly, legibly, and honestly. Maintain workspace before, during, and after each scheduled shift in accordance with 5S principles. Contribute toward continuous improvement processes and projects in the areas of output, quality, cost, and delivery. Skills/Qualifications High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred. Computer and math skills. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to work in above ambient temperatures. Ability to strictly adhere to written and verbal instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Maintain high attendance standards. Pay $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Experience Level Manufacturing experience preferred, not required.
