Job SummaryThe HR Compliance, DEI & OSHA Specialist ensures organizational compliance with U.S. labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and DEI initiatives. This role supports policy development, audits, training programs, and risk mitigation across multi-site operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ACA, EEOC, California Labor Law, etc.)Manage OSHA compliance, including safety audits, incident reporting, and corrective action trackingSupport DEI initiatives through policy development, training programs, and data reportingConduct internal HR compliance audits and recommend process improvementsPartner with legal, HR, and operations teams to resolve employee relations and compliance issuesDevelop and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance documentationSupport HR investigations and regulatory inquiries when requiredQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Public Administration, or related field2+ years of experience in HR compliance, labor law, or workplace safetyStrong knowledge of U.S. employment regulations and OSHA standardsDetail-oriented with strong documentation and risk assessment skillsPreferred SkillsExperience supporting California-based workforceFamiliarity with DEI metrics, reporting, and training facilitationHR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus【 About JD.com】JD.com (NASDAQ: JD and HKEX: 9618), also known as JINGDONG, is a leading supply chain-based technology and service provider.
