Preferred Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow and enterprise technology architecture
• Proven experience serving as a trusted architectural advisor to enterprise customers
• Experience designing scalable, secure, high-performing ServiceNow architectures
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into ServiceNow platform strategies and architectural decisions
• Experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow platform and product roadmaps
• Deep expertise in ITSM with strong knowledge of at least one additional ServiceNow workflow such as ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps
• Experience establishing technical governance frameworks and maintaining long-term platform health
• Experience analyzing ServiceNow platform health reports and developing remediation strategies
• Strong experience identifying and mitigating architectural, technical, security, and platform risks
• Experience conducting architecture reviews, executive workshops, and stakeholder engagements
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models including CMDB and CSDM
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, security architecture, and instance lifecycle management
• Knowledge of TOGAF and enterprise architecture principles
• Experience advising customers on ServiceNow AI capabilities and aligning AI adoption with business outcomes
• Ability to communicate complex architecture, risks, and technical decisions to both technical teams and C-level executives

Certifications:

Required:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) At Least One
