Sr Mgr, Payor Strategy & Contracting

POSITION SUMMARY
Provide strategic leadership of the PCA team, overseeing contract lifecycle management, compliance, documentation standards, and team development. Lead process redesign and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency, workflow automation, contract tracking, and scalability. Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track productivity, turnaround times, and data accuracy, and present insights to leadership. Partner with Payor Contracting and Legal to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely execution of payor agreements. Oversee collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint) and ensure adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and governance best practices.DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred. Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, contract administration, project management, or process improvement. PMP or similar project management/process improvement certification preferred. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and process improvement skills; experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools. Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives, manage competing priorities, analyze performance data, and maintain confidentiality in a fast‑paced environment.WHY RADIOLOGY PARTNERS

Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
