At ABA Support Services, you'll have the support, flexibility, and clinical resources to grow your career while helping others reach their fullest potential.RequirementsQualified candidates will have:Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential.Ability to maintain BCBA certification, LBS licensure, CAQH profile, and credentialing with insurance providers.Previous experience working in a clinic, home, or school-based ABA setting preferred.Minimum of one (1) year of clinical, home, or school-based experience providing direct ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, training caregivers, and supervising clinical staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.Knowledge of third-party insurance funding and authorization processes, or a willingness to learn.Strong understanding of early childhood learning curricula and the application of evidence-based behavioral principles to develop functional, socially significant skills.Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
