Waco, TX | Full-Time | $19/hr

What You'll Be Doing

• Review and analyze incoming claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Verify coverage, eligibility, and supporting documentation
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve missing or incorrect information
• Process claims according to company policies and industry regulations
• Maintain detailed and accurate records within internal systems
• Communicate professionally with internal departments and external contacts regarding claim updates and resolutions
• Support audits, reporting functions, and quality assurance reviews
• Protect confidential client and policyholder information at all times
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround expectations

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in:
  • Insurance claims
  • Claims processing
  • Medical claims
  • Billing or policy administration
  • Insurance office support
  • Administrative analysis
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Comfortable reviewing documentation, policies, and data
• Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines effectively
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• 35 WPM minimum typing speed
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Schedule


Monday - Friday
8:00-4:45 (45 minute lunch)
