Travel RN OR
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room (OR) to join our team. This temporary position requires flexibility and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a surgical setting.
Shift: 7 AM to 3 PM with additional on-call responsibilities
Location: Rapides, LA
Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the OR
Travel Radius: 50+ miles required
Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgical procedures
Assist surgeons and other medical staff during operations
Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after surgery
Administer medications and maintain appropriate patient documentation
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control policies
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) may be required
Experience in the Operating Room setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
