This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the evaluation and adoption of a new developer-focused data pipeline service.Positioned at the intersection of Strategy, Product, Developer Services, and Partner Success, this is a high-impact role focused on enabling developer success and shaping early-stage product direction. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in cloud platforms, SaaS, or developer services companies, ideally in a pre-sales, solution architecture, or developer relations/advocacy capacity combined with a passion for working directly with developers to accelerate adoption and deliver meaningful product insights.This role is based in our Chelmsford, MA office; remote consideration for the right candidate living proximate to an international airport and willing to perform job responsibilities during Eastern Time Zone business hours.Who is your future team?You will be part of the Incubation team, a cross-functional group focused on evaluating, refining, and bringing innovative solutions to market. The team collaborates closely with Product Management, Developer Services, and Go-to-Market stakeholders to ensure successful product validation and adoption. This team operates in a fast-paced, exploratory environment where feedback loops, experimentation, and developer engagement are critical to success.What you’ll do here as a Developer Solution Architect?Drive the evaluation and adoption of a new developer-focused data pipeline serviceLead developer onboarding and evaluation processes, guiding prospects through setup, testing, and early production useSupport hands-on proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot programs to accelerate time-to-valueAct as a trusted technical advisor during the evaluation phaseServe as the “voice of the developer” by identifying friction points, gaps, and opportunitiesAnalyze and document recurring challenges across the developer journey, including platform and service limitationsDeliver structured feedback and evaluation summaries to Product and Leadership teamsEnhance developer experience by improving onboarding flows, documentation, and technical resourcesDevelop reusable technical assets such as reference architectures, scripts, and sample implementationsSupport developer workshops and technical enablement initiativesPartner with Go-to-Market teams to create technical narratives, demos, and proof points for developers, ISVs, and system integratorsContribute to reporting on program progress, KPIs, and emerging opportunitiesRepresent Axis at industry events, trade shows, and developer forumsWhat are we looking for:Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)Proficiency working with APIs, data pipelines, and developer toolsAbility to quickly understand and clearly explain complex technical systemsExperience supporting developer-facing products or services (e.g., SaaS platforms, APIs)A problem-solving mindset with a passion for working directly with developersStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify true product gaps versus feature requestsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to translate detailed technical feedback into executive-level insightsSelf-motivated, collaborative, and outcome-oriented approach to workComfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and early-stage environmentsWe’d love to hear that you have/are:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field7+ years of experience in cloud-based software development environmentsExperience contributing to or supporting incubation or early-stage product initiatives (preferred)Background in data services, computer vision, or AI/ML pipelines (preferred)Physical Demands and Travel:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Physical Demands: Employee is occasionally required to lift 20-25 lbs.Expected travel up to 50% including international travelPay range:The approximate pay range for this location and position is $140,000 - 165,000 OTE. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
