A well-established Ohio civil defense firm with a diversified litigation practice is seeking a Litigation Associate for its Cleveland offices. This role suits an attorney with a solid insurance defense foundation who wants to manage a high-volume caseload, build first-chair experience, and grow with the firm.

Job Details

What You'll Do
Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, primarily personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases, with exposure to coverage, general casualty, bad faith, and appeals
Own files from intake through resolution, including written discovery, fact and expert depositions, and motion practice
Evaluate cases and provide clear, timely reporting to insurance clients
Serve as trial counsel in appropriate matters

What You Bring
3+ years of civil defense litigation experience, with insurance defense casework (PI, MVA) required
Active Ohio bar license in good standing
Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills
Comfort managing a high volume of files independently while collaborating with firm leadership
