BI Developer / Analyst

This role partners with teams across the organization to develop reporting solutions, dashboards, and business intelligence tools that provide visibility into project performance, operational efficiency, financial trends, quality metrics, and overall company performance.If you enjoy solving problems, uncovering insights, and helping leaders make informed decisions through data, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do:Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, Quality, Safety, Finance, and Leadership teams to understand reporting and analytics needsDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and reports using Power BI, Power Platform, SSRS, Excel, and other business intelligence toolsAnalyze operational, financial, project, and quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvementCreate intuitive and user-friendly dashboards that improve visibility and support strategic decision-makingAssist with the development and maintenance of standardized reporting practices across the organizationWork closely with Data Engineers and system stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integritySupport the automation of manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce redundancyValidate data and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies or data-related issuesPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and meaningful wayIdentify opportunities to improve business processes through enhanced reporting and analyticsSupport the adoption and effective use of reporting tools and dashboards throughout the organizationDevelop and maintain documentation, KPI definitions, report standards, and user guidesRecommend enhancements to reporting tools, dashboards, and business intelligence capabilitiesWhat We're Looking For:Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Platform, Tableau, SSRS, or ExcelFamiliarity with DAX and the ability to build and maintain Power BI calculations and measuresWorking knowledge of SQL and the ability to write and understand basic to intermediate queriesStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsExperience interpreting operational and financial dataStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to identify reporting and analytics requirementsPreferred Qualifications Include:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Construction Management, or a related fieldExperience within the construction, engineering, or project-based industriesFamiliarity with ERP systems and operational reporting environmentsExperience with Python or other data analysis toolsFamiliarity with CMiC, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Vista by Viewpoint, or similar construction technology platformsThis is a full-time, on-site position that requires periodic travel based on business needs.DepartmentCS - TechnologyEmployment TypeFull Time SalaryMinimum ExperienceMid-level
