Stone Mountain, GA Opportunity We're looking for Per Diem BCBAs across Stone Mountain, GA and surrounding areas who are passionate about clinical excellence, value flexibility, and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. Competitive Compensation: Earn $80–$95 per hour while enjoying the flexibility of a per diem schedule. Stone Mountain & Surrounding Areas Opportunity This position is available across Stone Mountain and surrounding areas, providing flexibility to work with clients in your area based on availability, client needs, and clinical requirements. Stone Mountain, GA & Surrounding Areas | In-Person, Hybrid & Remote This is a flexible position offering in-person, hybrid, and remote work options, depending on client needs, clinical requirements, location, and assigned cases. BCBAs may have the opportunity to provide services remotely when appropriate, while some cases may require in-person services based on client and family needs. BCBAs currently living in Stone Mountain or surrounding areas are encouraged to apply. Candidates currently living outside the area are also welcome to apply if they are willing to relocate to the Stone Mountain area when in-person services or other position requirements make relocation necessary and they meet all applicable certification and licensure requirements. While remote opportunities are available, certain cases and clinical responsibilities may require in-person services. Reliable transportation is required when in-person travel is necessary. Where You’ll Make an Impact As a Per Diem BCBA, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services that create meaningful progress for children and families. You’ll have the flexibility to work around your availability while maintaining high standards of clinical care and collaboration. Clinical Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to guide individualized programming Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to support continued client progress Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation Ensure compliance with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and company requirements Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services Required What Sets You Apart Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Active BCBA certification in good standing Current 8-hour supervision certificate Georgia LBA, where applicable Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required Authorized to work in the United States Ability and willingness to work Hybrid, In Person & Remote Nice to Have Experience supervising RBTs or BCaBAs in a center-based, in-home, or hybrid setting Comfort working with digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation A collaborative mindset with a strong track record of building positive family and team relationships.
