Program Director For Anesthesia Residency Program

Los Robles Regional Medical Center is seeking a Program Director to lead our anesthesia residency program in Thousand Oaks, CA.

Qualified Candidates:

• Candidates currently serving as program director or core faculty in an ACGME-accredited anesthesiology residency or related fellowship are highly encouraged to apply.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency prior to start-date
• ABA board certified
• Experience must include specialty expertise and at least three years of documented educational and/or administrative experience, preferably in an undergraduate and/or graduate medical education environment
• Experience must include ongoing clinical activity
• Be willing to combine administrative and didactic (teaching) responsibilities
• Have strong leadership and team building skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates with recent scholarly activity such as peer reviewed funding, publication of original research or review articles in peer-reviewed journals, chapters in textbooks, publication or presentation of case reports or clinical series at scientific society meetings, or participation in national committees or educational organizations are highly encouraged to apply
