Due to growth, we have an opportunity in Mason, OH to add to staff for a Recruiter to join our team! The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to create and execute staffing programs that will deliver the talented employees our clients need to run and grow their operations. Position Responsibilities: Mange the full cycle recruitment processes from interview to placement Manage and grow assigned accounts Recruit and place direct hire and contract openings Source active and passive candidates through various means including: referrals, events, social medica, and resume databases Interview and evaluate prospective candidates, including scheduling technical interviews Post jobs ads and job boards and social media sites Foster relationships with current employees to drive referrals Represent Zing at industry functions and career fairs Qualifications: Two years of previous recruiting experience Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems Experience with job boards and social media sites Strong sense of urgency Ability to build relationships with candidates and customers Experience with high volume professional recruiting Strong computer skills as these are critical to your success in this role Ability working with tight deadlines successfully We are proud to offer our employees a strong compensation and benefit package that includes but is not limited to: Base Salary, Commission, Bonus, Medical, Dental, 401k, STD, Vision, Generous Paid Time Off Plan, Paid holidays etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr Zing Recruiting
