Senior Litigation Paralegal
Coral Gables, FL | Full-Time | In-Office
Annesser Armenteros is a fast-growing, high-performance litigation firm focused on complex business disputes, construction, and real estate litigation. We are seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal who can hit the ground running and play a critical role in driving cases forward from inception through trial.
This is not a passive support role we are looking for someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and operates as a true partner to our attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload from pre-suit through trial and post-trial
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Oversee all phases of discovery, including document review, production, and organization
- Lead trial preparation: exhibits, binders, witness coordination, and logistics
- Maintain litigation calendars and ensure strict compliance with all deadlines
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors
- Organize and maintain complex case files and document systems
- Support attorneys at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience (required)
- Strong working knowledge of Florida state and federal court procedures and e-filing
- Proven experience supporting attorneys through trial and full case lifecycle
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems (Clio experience is a plus)
What You’ll Do Here
You will be a key member of the litigation team, supporting attorneys through all stages of complex business disputes, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trial.
This is a high-responsibility role with direct impact on case outcomes.
