- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end close.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning activities.
- Develop and strengthen internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial reporting processes.
- Partner with operations leadership to analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and profitability.
- Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and growth-focused financial decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience building processes, improving efficiencies, and supporting company growth.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- CPA or CMA designation preferred.
