Audubon Dental & Implant Center | Lexington, KY

Audubon Dental & Implant Center is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in Lexington, KY. This is a four-day-per-week position (8:00am–5:00pm), and we are open to new graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive, team-focused environment.

We are looking for someone who is hardworking, dependable, honorable, flexible, and kind, and who values collaboration and quality patient care.

Schedule

• Full time
• Four days per week
• 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing
• Take, develop, and interpret dental X-rays as needed
• Accurately chart clinical findings, update patient records, and document treatment in Dentrix (experience preferred, not required)
• Educate patients on oral health, home care techniques, and the importance of ongoing preventive care
• Partner closely with the doctor and clinical team to support efficient patient flow and positive patient outcomes
• Maintain a clean, organized operatory and follow all infection control and safety protocols
• Contribute positively to a professional, results-oriented, and rebuilding practice by being dependable, flexible, and supportive of team goals

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky dental hygienist license (or in process for new graduates)
• CPR/BLS certification
• New graduates welcome — mentorship and support available
• Dentrix experience preferred, but not required
• Strong work ethic with a dependable, honorable approach to patient care
• Flexible, kind, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Committed to providing high-quality care and being part of a strong, collaborative team
