About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President (SVP) of FP&A and Strategic Finance to play a pivotal role in driving the organization's financial performance and strategic growth. The SVP will be responsible for developing and executing long-term financial strategies, leading the FP&A function, and providing strategic financial guidance to ensure the alignment of financial plans with business goals. This senior leadership position requires a candidate with a strong background in FP&A and strategic finance, preferably within a healthcare-focused environment, and a proven track record of supporting long-term growth through financial leadership. The ideal candidate for the SVP role at the company will have a minimum of 15 years' progressive experience in FP&A and strategic finance, with a Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field and a Master's degree strongly preferred. A background in investment banking and/or management consulting, particularly with healthcare-specific experience, is highly valued. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to the finance and business leadership teams, capable of driving collaboration, and will be adept at managing a high-performing team in a remote work setting. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining financial models, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and communicating financial information to stakeholders at all levels. The role demands a leader with outstanding analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills, who can operate with financial discipline, entrepreneurial thinking, and analytical rigor to achieve results.
