Automotive Service Advisor – Abilene, TX Quick Snapshot Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000 - $120,000 per year (competitive compensation plan with uncapped commission) Schedule: Structured Retail Hours (Includes Saturdays, Closed Sundays) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company participation, and Free On-Site Childcare for school‑aged children (I‑CAN Kids program) Job Description Arrow Ford is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team. The right candidate is a confident communicator, highly organized, and genuinely motivated to help customers accomplish their goals. As a Service Advisor, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process, building trust, providing consistent updates, and ensuring a best‑in‑class service experience from write‑up to delivery.
