Full-Time Listing Coordinator
In-Person | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8-Hour Shift

This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected brand and play an essential role in supporting top-producing agents and delivering exceptional client service.

Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Listing Coordinator to support a high-volume luxury real estate brokerage. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple moving pieces, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client and agent support.
The Listing Coordinator will oversee the listing process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and a seamless experience for both clients and agents.
Key Responsibilities- Greet clients and answer incoming phone calls in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage all aspects of the listing process for a high-volume luxury real estate brokerage
- Prepare, process, and coordinate listing documentation and marketing materials, including:
- Ordering photography and marketing assets
- MLS data entry and maintenance
- Ordering signage
- Creating listing presentations
- Tracking and managing active listings
- Ensure broker file compliance requirements are met and documentation is properly maintained
- Monitor listing timelines, deadlines, and key milestones to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain accurate transaction and client data across multiple systems and platforms
- Coordinate with third-party vendors including:
- Title and escrow companies
- Home warranty providers
- Photographers
- Signage vendors
- Local Board of Realtors
- Communicate proactively and professionally with clients, agents, and vendors
- Follow company procedures and best practices for listing management
- Provide additional administrative support and duties as assigned
- Strong knowledge of listing coordination and contract administration processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Proficient with multiple computer systems, databases, and real estate platforms
- Strong typing, data entry, and administrative skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and professional
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience preferred
Active Utah Real Estate License strongly preferred
- Candidates with an active Utah Real Estate License and prior real estate transaction or listing coordination experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience supporting luxury or high-volume real estate operations is a plus.
- Work alongside a respected luxury real estate team in Park City
