We are seeking an experienced, motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team at Mi Vida East Market. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about developing people and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistently high standards of service, hospitality, and execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members to build a positive, accountable, and service-driven culture.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with culinary and leadership teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient service.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Monitor labor costs, sales, and other operational metrics to support the restaurant’s financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Help execute service standards, operating procedures, and initiatives that improve the guest and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• High degree of emotional intelligence
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Experience managing teams in a high-volume or upscale dining environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls.
• Ability to lead with professionalism, adaptability, and a hands-on approach.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
