Direct Support Professional

As a Direct Support Professional at Sevita in our Community & Social Services department, you will provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities and complex needs in home and community settings. You’ll assist with daily living activities, behavioral and brain injury rehabilitation support, and transportation to appointments and community outings. In this hands-on role, you will promote safety, independence, and inclusion while documenting care and collaborating with families and clinical teams.
